What to bring when selling at our shop

  • iPhone/iPad which you wish to sell (including the original box and accessories will increase our buying price)
  • Photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc. with current address)

Important — please note when selling

  • We cannot buy iPhones that have Find My iPhone turned on or are in activation lock mode.
  • Sellers age 19 and under must be accompanied by a guardian. (Proof of guardianship is also required.)
  • We cannot buy items of which the seller has no right of ownership, have been stolen, have been remotely locked by the carrier due to contract violations, etc.
    In the event that the above becomes known after completing a purchase, we will send a damage report to the authorities and we will demand compensation for damages.
